About the Recipe
This hot honey cilantro lime sauce is bold, and vibrant. It brings together the perfect balance of sweet honey, bright citrus, fresh herbs, and a gentle but satisfying heat. Every ingredient plays a role—zesty lime to brighten, cilantro to add freshness, and layers of spice that build without overpowering.
This is one of those sauces that instantly transforms crispy chicken into something special. It’s sticky, glossy, and packed with flavor, making it just as perfect for family dinners as it is for gatherings with friends. The sweetness makes it approachable, while the heat is layered and adds a warmth that still allows you to still takes all of the other flavors.
Made with simple ingredients and big flavor, this sauce reflects my love for food that’s meant to be shared.
